Guide: how to take your measurements correctly
♥ TIPS ♥
Back width : measured with the back straight and the arms at the sides of the body, without arching the back or sticking out the shoulders. This is the distance measured between the two points of the shoulders, from one end to the other .
The arm circumference : is taken around the biceps without exerting pressure.
Chest measurement : Place the tape measure around the fullest part of your chest , without applying pressure. Make sure the tape measure is straight across your back. Record the measurement in inches, rounding up.
Waist measurement : Take the measurement where the waist is at its smallest . If the waist is not marked, measure the circumference 5 cm above the navel.
Hip measurement : Take the measurement at the widest point of the pelvis and buttocks . Measure the circumference five centimeters below the navel.
Leg length : taken from the start of the hips to the ankle .
Fork length : taken from the navel to the end of the pubis .

Interview
Choose a single block depending on the garment:
– either “Tip 1” (hand wash only)
– either “Tip 2” (delicate machine wash)
You don't put both out for the client, but you keep them here for yourself.
Tip 1 – Hand wash only
This garment was made from a delicate fabric. To preserve it over time, we recommend:
-
Gently hand wash, only in soiled areas.
-
Do not rub the fabric on the shiny side.
-
Dry flat on a towel, carefully smoothing out any creases.
-
Smooth the fabric with your fingers while it dries.
-
Do not expose the garment to a heat source or leave it in prolonged contact with plastic.
(Use for more precious, shiny, special fabrics.)
Tip 2 – Delicate machine wash
To preserve the beauty and appearance of this garment, we recommend:
-
Machine wash in cold water, delicate cycle
-
Place the garment in a laundry bag or a tightly sealed pillowcase.
-
Hang to dry, carefully smoothing out any creases in the garment.
-
Tip: Hand washing is recommended to prolong the life of the garment.
